Hello, I’m Julian Lehnhardt

I accompany children and families for part of their journey.
With care, experience and a clear focus on what truly matters.

My everyday work includes family guidance,
coaching and creative formats for children, parents and families in Wollerau,
the Höfe district and online.

My path

My journey with children began in 2005, at the age of twelve, as an assistant at a holiday camp. Since then, working with children and families has remained at the centre of my life.

Today, I support people in challenging situations – at home, in school settings and within teams. Always with a pedagogical perspective and a focus on everyday reality.

Living with ADHD – and working with it

ADHD is part of my life. It is what it is. What matters is how we deal with it. For me, that means clarity, creativity and focusing on what helps rather than on what is labelled as a problem. This perspective shapes my work with families, children and professionals.

What I offer

Let’s talk

You want to respond with patience. And then there's this broken glass on the kitchen floor. Juice everywhere. One child screams, the other freezes. Before you can think, you've raised your voice. The real pain often comes after: that inner voice that judges immediately, makes you small, stamps you as a "failure." This is exactly where it's decided whether you stay stable in everyday life or break inside. Self-love doesn't begin in quiet moments. It begins in chaos.
Why free play and idle moments matter so much for child development
“In school, the child is doing great.” A sentence often meant as a compliment. It describes a child who meets expectations: calm, focused, compliant, ready to perform. What it does not describe is the cost of this adaptation. Increasingly, a pattern is emerging that is rarely discussed in educational contexts: children who appear stable in school collapse outside that framework, at home, in the afternoon, or on weekends.
