FAQ

Who Accompanies the Children?

The offerings are led by Julian Lehnhardt. He is an educator who has been working with children for around 20 years across a variety of educational settings, including schools, kindergartens, holiday programmes, and course formats. Depending on the group size, he is supported by one or two assistants who work as classroom or kindergarten aides.

The offerings are designed for children between the ages of 4 and 10. Every child brings different needs, and that’s something we actively plan for and support. Not sure if it’s the right fit? Feel free to reach out before signing up.

Absolutely. Children who are joining for the first time are just as welcome. Clear routines, familiar faces, and a calm introduction help them settle in with ease.

Groups are kept intentionally small and vary depending on the offering. This allows us to give each child the attention they deserve and respond well to the dynamics of the group.

Safety and reliable support are a top priority in everything we do. Clear routines are in place for daily activities, outings, and transitions. First aid knowledge is a given. On top of that, years of experience as a firefighter bring a trained eye for safety, prevention, and calm, considered action.

 

The programme adapts to whatever the weather brings. There are always alternatives to keep the day enjoyable and well-structured, even on rainy or unpredictable days. That said, we do head outside in “bad” weather too – that’s just part of it.

 

Meals are prepared on site in an industrial kitchen. A hygiene concept is in place. Where appropriate, children may also help with parts of the preparation.
