Hello, I’m Julian Lehnhardt

I accompany children and families for part of their journey.
With care, experience and a clear focus on what truly matters.

My everyday work includes family guidance,
coaching and creative formats for children, parents and families in Wollerau,
the Höfe district and online.

My path

My journey with children began in 2005, at the age of twelve, as an assistant at a holiday camp. Since then, working with children and families has remained at the centre of my life.

Today, I support people in challenging situations – at home, in school settings and within teams. Always with a pedagogical perspective and a focus on everyday reality.

Living with ADHD – and working with it

ADHD is part of my life. It is what it is. What matters is how we deal with it. For me, that means clarity, creativity and focusing on what helps rather than on what is labelled as a problem. This perspective shapes my work with families, children and professionals.

What I offer

Let’s talk

Imagine being unable to create images in your mind – no faces, no places, no visual memories. For people with aphantasia, this is everyday life. How does this affect learning processes, creative tasks, or personal relationships? What can you do to support those affected – and could it be that your child is affected as well?
How we talk about children shapes how they see themselves. Why “not wrong” still sounds wrong – and what a language can look like that strengthens children instead of judging them.
Children need adults. Not as judges, not as project managers. But as people who serve them. To serve means creating spaces, setting boundaries as railings rather than walls, and taking responsibility. Not every wish, not perfection - but balance and a shared burden.
